Our intent is to set the standard for athletic preparation as well as personal training expectations. To raise the level of sports performance throughout the world by providing superior training and certification for strength coaches and personal trainers.

PPC-C GOAL:
Our approach is to test every client extensively for muscular imbalances, flexibility, structural alignment, body composition and nutritional status. These test will pinpoint any health problems or injuries that a client currently has, or issues that could cause problems in the future. These test will allow our trainers to develop a safe and effective program that will be specifically tailored to help you achieve your athletic or fitness goals.
