OCTOBER 2005:
Standing Calf Raise Feet Out
The standing calf raise feet out is a simple, but efficient way to develop your gastrocnemius muscle with a little more emphasize on the lateral fibers.
1. Start the movement at the bottom.
2. Push your body upward as high as you can. Always go for full range of motion on each repetition (i.e. on each repetition you should go as high as possible at the top and go for a full stretch at the bottom).
3. Your feet should be approximately at a 45 degree angle from each other.
